Gobi Sabji is traditionally eaten during winter in India. When we were growing up cauliflower was a seasonal vegetable and was only available during the winter months. We loved to eat this sabji for lunch while sitting outside and enjoying the warm sun. Travelers love to carry this homemade sabji as it's freshness lasts for a long time. You can keep eating this sabji and have no worries about your carb count!

Customer review: "This is such a great deal! The paneer dish I received (palak paneer curry) was awesome, but my favorite was definitely the dry cauliflower dish (gobi sabji). We decided to use the packets for a family style dinner with 5 of us, and they made more than enough food and with great variety. It is also important to note that my cooking experience has been pretty much limited to soup and pasta, but the recipes are really easy to follow and the shopping lists make a BIG difference (I have a tendency to get home from the grocery store only to discover that I have forgotten one or more key ingredients in a recipe- these shopping lists solve that problem). I would highly recommend this assortment to my friends, family and anyone I were trying to impressed (yes it is that good :)" - Etsy Customer
